Our Process at Anasa Travel
As part of our commitment to building a long-lasting relationship with our clients, we established Diversifyinf Globetrotters – our signature acquisition and onboarding process for all travelers. This program consists of four unique phases, each one specifically designed to help us customize your trip and execute the creative details with our team.
As a boutique agency, we offer a variety of travel design packages along with a la carte features and VIP services. Our desire is to meet you wherever you are in the travel planning process and to assist you along the way.
This new streamlined technique consists of four easy-to-understand phases that enable our clients to walk through the travel design process seamlessly from dream to destination!
Phases
This first phase of the Diversifying Globetrotters allows us to become acquainted with you. During this stage, potential clients fill out an application.
We believe in long-term relationships. For that to happen, we need to get to know each other. This is the most important part of the whole process. You will understand how we work and we will understand you as a traveler and what suits you best. We are expert listeners – we really hear you. We will ask questions about what you’re looking for, what you’ve like in past trips and what you haven’t liked. We may ask you about things you haven’t even thought of! We will begin to form your traveler profile. This profile will always be a work in progress. We will add and subtract things through the years as you change, your family/partner/friends change and your likes/dislikes change. As any trusted advisor, we will know you better than anyone else so we can anticipate your needs!
Once we’ve approved your application, this second phase provides us the opportunity to determine your trip design customization package, discuss execution details of your travel plans, and officially welcome you as a client.
This is when we decide where, when, why and how you’re going! Based upon what you’re needs are (which we know well after the Explore step), we gather information from our extensive network of specialists and “in the know” experts globally. We listen to your ideas, we give you inspiration and suggestions until we can refine your options into a plan!
This third phase is where all the action happens! Our team will be working diligently on your trip design and will be in regular communication with you regarding details or revisions of your trip.
Now we get to work! With all of the information gathered, we build a foundation for your voyage. We discuss accommodation options, sights and activities. We fill in your trip with as much as you want: private museum visits, scavenger hunts, children’s birthday party, custom classes and educational experiences, restaurant suggestions and arrangements, theatre tickets, cultural and volunteering opportunities, extreme sports, wellness and life-changing experiences.
Such intensive planning sometimes takes months. Everything has been reserved but Kathryn Theodore Travel stays in contact with you to build the anticipation. We send you tips and tricks, checklists and helpful pieces of local information. We make last-minute changes if necessary, smooth any rough edges and finalize your arrangements.
This final phase completes the Diversifying Globetrotters Design Plan! Your final travel documents will be compiled and released to you.
The moment you’ve waited for – the voyage! Enjoy and have a wonderful time knowing that we are checking in with your travel suppliers to make sure everything is going smoothly. We work behind the scenes to ensure nothing gets in the way of your memorable experience.
