Loved Puerto Rico, but struggled to enjoy our accommodation. We chose to do a rental property and during our stay, the entire community's electricity went out. At 3:00 am Ariana was available to get the owners to the place quickly to help us figure out what to do next.

Ariana is truly the best. She coordinated our complex couples trip with people constantly unsure of whether they were going to commit to going. Unfortunately for us, the day before we were supposed to leave, a family emergency arose and Ariana was there late at night ready to answer our call and rebook our stay. We ended up enjoying Puerto Rico with just the two of us, right on the beach.
